  • 1.0 tog - For warm summer temperatures of 21-23 degrees C (69-74 degrees F)
  • 2.5 tog - All Year Round for standard room temperatures of 16-20 degrees C (61-68 degrees F)

Care

  • Machine washable at 40°C & tumble dryer safe. Wash before first use.

Safety

  • As with all sleeping bags, always ensure that you buy the correct size for your baby, remembering to check that your baby’s head cannot pass through the neck-hole when the product is fastened for use.
  • Never use a duvet or quilt with a sleeping bag or your baby could overheat. Instead, select the correct Tog rating, adjust what your baby wears and regularly check your baby is not too hot or too cold.
  • For use in a cot or crib.

Free Shipping is applied to most purchases that exceed $75 before tax, otherwise shipping is $14.99. Please note that free shipping over $75 does not apply to Jellycat purchases. 
Please note:
Large Items (Cribs, Dressers & Seating): Are only available for STORE PICKUP. Timelines for pick up on these items is usually within 1-3 weeks. An exact time frame will be confirmed with you after purchasing. Please reach out to us if you would like a timeline for an item before you purchase.

We currently only ship to US 48 contiguous states.Your order will be ship via USPS or UPS. Sorry, we don't ship to APO, FPO or PO Box addresses and unfortunately we currently do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada or Puerto Rico.
  • Orders are usually shipped from our Salt Lake City, Utah store within two days of placing the order, weekend orders are usually shipped Tuesday/Wednesday as we are closed Mondays.
  • Shipping service can take up to additional 5 business days to arrive at locations on the East coast. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with a link for your tracking information.
  • Orders containing more than one item may ship in multiple packages and may ship on different days.
  • In the event we cannot fulfill stocked item(s) in your order, we will contact you BEFORE shipment to see if you would like to back order the items or cancel your order.
  • If your order contains SPECIAL ORDER items, we will contact you BEFORE PROCESSING PAYMENT with approximate delivery times, and will process payment and place order ONLY after your approval.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order (see our terms).

Returns + Exchanges
1. Return Period:
  • You may return most items within 30 days of the date you received the order.
  • After this period, we cannot offer a refund or exchange unless otherwise noted. 
  • Unopened gifts may be eligable for an extended return window on a case by case basis.
2. Eligible Items:
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be: 
    • Unused and in the same condition as you received 
    • In its original packaging
    • With all tags and labels attached
    • Receipt with proof of purchase is required for returns

3. Exceptions: 

  • Car seats with opened boxes cannot be returned at any time due to safety reasons.
  • Gift cards are non-refundable
  • Sale items are generally final sale
3. How to Initiate a Return:
  • Please contact our customer service team at baby@babinskis.com or 801-583-2229 to request a return authorization.
  • We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item 
  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless otherwise noted
  • Please do not send your item back to the manufacturer
4. Refund Process:
  • Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you via email of your refund status.
  • If your return is approved, you will be notified and your refund will be processed. Refunds will be will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a reasonable period of time. Refunds may also be processed as store credit or as a gift card.
  • Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
  • If you are returning an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. 
  • Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
    • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
    • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
    • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
    • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at baby@babinskis.com.
  • Gifts
    • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased you’ll receive yoru refund as a gift card for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be e-mailed or mailed to you.
5. Exchanges:
  • If you would like to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team to arrange the exchange.
6. Damaged Items
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery, and we will gladly assist you with a refund, exchange, or store credit. In many cases we will need to contact the manufacturer for a resolution or replacement and cannot gaurentee the time frame on resolutions.
